In this role, you'll define content design approaches, write prompts and evals, craft user-centric narratives, and drive clarity, accessibility, and inclusivity in the language we use across Copilot surfaces. This will extend beyond classic UI text\u2014this is a unique opportunity to combine UX content design expertise with model design and training, influencing a product that reaches millions of users. Responsibilities Identify user needs and define end-to-end user journeys for AI user experiences in close collaboration with product designers, product managers, data scientists, prompt engineers, and software engineers. Contribute to product strategy by advocating for features or improvements that uplevel UX quality. Write prompts and eval outputs to improve response quality and help ensure user-facing AI-generated product copy aligns with tone of voice and quality standards.
